Our founding members met on 15 January, in Watchfield Oxon., and confirmed the board of directors, issued share certificates, and admitted new members. Winfried is carrying on as Secretary, and we have a temporary Chair and Treasurer until our first AGM next month. The AGM will be held in Wantage. We'll be discussing Projects and funding applications for 2015. More details on Projects coming soon
